Meeting Ourselves is an ongoing therapy group for men in London.
We are living in a time of immense instability, transition and changing identities. Who we are and how we experience and recognise ourselves as men is a key part of this.
Working in a group offers us a community of belonging, collaboration and learning, as we engage with ourselves in our own work, and witness and engage with others doing theirs. In the group we can practise and grow trust, helping each other to heal, develop, and become stronger. As we meet with each other, we also meet ourselves.
Through this, we can form a view of ourselves and a way of life that is truthful, compassionate and sustainable, over time. We can evolve, individually and collectively, by becoming aware of and ending old attitudes and patterns of being, thinking, feeling, behaving and relating that are redundant and no longer work for us; and through shaping and establishing new patterns of living and relating that support us to thrive and grow.
I am running this men’s group to provide a space to help us to deepen our awareness, experience and satisfaction; to explore and form new perspectives on ourselves, our lives and our relationships; and to become the men we are, not the men we think we should be.

How to join the group
Please note: the group is full with a short waiting list. If you think you would like to join the group, please email me to arrange to meet, to explore what you would like for yourself in joining, and to discuss the practicalities. After meeting – usually once, sometimes more – if we are in agreement about you joining the group I will add you to the waiting list, letting you know as and when a space becomes available.
Dates and times
We meet monthly on eleven Sundays through the year, barring August.
The 2026 dates are: 11 January, 8 February, 8 March, 26 April, 10 May, 21 June, 19 July, 13 September, 11 October, 8 November, 6 December.
The days run from 10:00–17:00, with a lunch break, morning coffee break and short afternoon tea break. Longer days together give us time to slow down, engage with and immerse ourselves in the work, in contact with ourselves and each other.
Fee and commitment
The 2026 fee for the group is £105 per day paid at the start of each month. The group comprises a maximum of eight participants and there is a minimum commitment of seven sessions. I ask participants to prioritise attending the group as part of the commitment, and require payment for each session, whether you attend or are unable to attend for any reason, as another aspect of the commitment.
